When I saw the product with the first photo it show that the product comes with gloves but after I received it’s without the accessories

Lights come on so forth worked 1 time, but its second time trying and it has been on for 2 hours and heating unit seems to not work wax has not melted at all. And liner so forth is cold to the touch.

It is a very dangerous product, in fact the strong heat melted the plastic part outside the machine causing a lot of burning smell, as well as the very high temperature would have caused a burn on my skin if I hadn't been careful. I also bought 3 litres of paraffin with another order on Amazon and unfortunately I lost it because it remained attached to the machine. You don't have to sell products that are so dangerous to people's health! Basically, the machine could not keep up with the high temperature given by the machine itself and it melted. There was a very bad small of toxic plastic everywhere in my house for hours!!! Do not buy this product!!!
