Telescope Cover Outdoor Waterproof Sun Proof Astronomical Telescope Cover with Adjustable Drawstring (39 x 30 in)

Nice cover. Has a good heft to it and the reflective material isn't overly flashy, so that's nice. It's reversible, so you have a camo pattern when you need stealth and protection. Zippers are a tad tricky to get lined up initially but after a bit of jiggling it comes together nicely. I don't have to unzip to remove the cover when the bottom drawstring is loosened, so that is nice. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

This was a nice cover for the price. Unfortunately I had to return it because the size didn’t fit my telescope. You need to deduct about 15% from your telescope length to ensure a proper fit. The cover becomes smaller as it stretches around your telescope and the mount and other components in your optical train.

The 59” was too large for my 8” SCT - it would work well with a large refractor. The 39” works well with the SCT.The fabric is strong and has a good finish. I’m sure the fabric is waterproof BUT the zippers on both ends wouldn’t be. I don’t plan on leaving my scope out in the rain, so it doesn’t matter to me. The zippers are a nice touch. They allow access to the scope and accessories without removing the cover.I would recommend as a temporary cover to protect against solar heat and earthly dust.

I have been using this cover for over a month, In bright sun, gusty wind, and driving rain. The cover has so far managed to protect my telescope, without fail. Good buy.

I ordered it to use with the upcoming Solar eclipse. The description states it has 2 zippers so I can put the telescope through the opening in the end and not get sunburnt. This does NOT have any zippers!!

this is very thick and durable and quite a large bag. It would work great on a 16 inch dob.The opening was not quite large enough to fit my C4 and mount into without taking up most of the bag but it is a pretty good product
