Q: I 6.1 & 230 pounds. (chest 46). (waist 40). what size should I buy?

I'm pretty similar in size (6'1", 230lbs,) I typically wear a size 38 but can fit into a 36 on a good day and a 17 1/2 shirt. I went with a XL shirt and a 38 pants. Both fit relaxed (which was the fit I was going for) but not too loose. I think body shape/composition is going play a part in the size needed for the fit desired, but in my experience I'd start with what you normally buy. I listened to the other reviews and initially bought a size 40, which I had to exchange.

Q: Is natural linen considered white?

Agree with other responders - it's not pure white, more like a very light beige.

Q: I'm 6' 4", normally wear a 17 1/2 to 18 inch neck and 36/37 sleeves. does an xxl have long sleeves or will it be a bit short?

Lovely quality shirt BUT.... sleeves are too short. I actually had it turned into a short sleeve shirt (a friend is good with a sewing machine) and now it's fine for me..... If you really need a long sleeve shirt then look elsewhere I'd suggest.Cheers from Australia, Ross.
