Bought black and white
Over all, this product is pretty messy. Even when it's fully dried, it transfers very easily. I found that working it through with damp hair that's mostly dry is best. As I'm working it through I do like to wet my hands a little bit to get it all even. Then blow drying it with a fine comb gives a more natural hair look (not super clumpy). I'd say it has a medium/strong hold. My hair was still malable after blow drying with a comb, but mostly held in place. My hair is short/buzzed on the sides and back, with about 6 inches on top. I'd say it took roughly a tablespoon or more to get the color even on my longer part.My hair is bleached to about 8-9 ( nearly white with hints of yellow)I bought both the white and black colors.WHITE: has a metallic shine to it, but was very close to the color I was looking for. I used it on my longer bleached hair to even out the different levels while I wait for my next bleaching to get my hair permanently white. My hair is toned, but some parts have had more bleaching done as I used to just do the tips white. With that said, it did even it out a little bit, but not anywhere near how the pictures looked. But it works enough to help cover up the Unevenness, but some tones show through in different light.________________________BLACK: I bought this to do the sides of my hair for added contrast, and keeping similar texture all around my hair. This has a very metallic shimmer, and over all the color is completely off. I wanted black but got a dark blue/gray. Even when applied to my dark brown sides it was still a pretty firm blue/gray just at a dark shade, but this shade is no where close to being called black by any standard.Over all I'm going to keep the white, and I'll save the other for Halloween make-up.But I should have just gone with white hair spray and a black toning shampoo.Honestly, I imagine the other colors look great, but trust me it's probably not worth the mess. Colored spray is more accurate, easier to apply more evenly, bout just as messy but doesn't transfer as much as this product.Otherwise pigmented shampoo's would be best if you want something a little more semi permanent or minimum to no transfer after a thorough wash.

What I was looking for!
I watched a couple of video's on how to use this product, so I felt pretty confident that it would be pretty easy. I have shoulder length blonde hair with some natural gray. I had washed my hair the day before so I just rinsed my hair the morning I used it. toweled it off a bit, applied my normal hair product first, let that dry in a bit. I then took like a quarter sized dab of the colored wax (silver) rubbed it between my hands, flipped my head upside down and applied it from the ends to the roots. lightly combing my fingers through my hair. It worked perfectly and added just enough color throughout my hair. I am letting my hair air dry, as my hair is normally curly and dry to begin with, It has left my hair a little stiff but I am sure over the course of the day it will not be so stiff later. It didn't leave a huge mess to clean up, and I don't seem to be having any issues with transfer.

Vibrant color, little stiff but no hair damage
The purple hair wax worked extremely well for me. As someone who has tried rinses and literally seen NO results this worked well and let me try new colors that really pop. I get so many compliments on the purple hair!!! It is hair wax and yes even using it on damp hair and then doing my twist outs and putting pudding on top of that my hair is not as soft but it is hair WAX. I have kept it in my hair for up to 4 days (accidental, time management) but still did not see any damage to my hair. It literally just sits on top of the hair. If kept in for a couple days you will see flaking but I usually do not see it until day 3. I have 3C natural hair. (Honestly because of the “wax” portion my curls actually last longer) When washed out it doesn’t take much for it to be completely gone, very easy. Using it can be quite messy as it transfers onto anything but clean up is not bad since it wipes away instantly. Main downside is that if I touch my hair during the day( which is often) I will see purple on my fingers, not a lot and not bright but I can definitely tell it’s there. However, to get easy to do vibrant color I usually just watch when I touch my hair or use hand sanitizer and that solves that. Have recommended and will probably try the blue next :)

Works best on pre lightened hair
Based on the white color: I wanted to go platinum blond, and this product got me there without having to fry my hair. I originally have black hair, and I've dyed it to blond. With a bit of this pomade my hair looks super white, and not gunky at all.I put some on after showering in my morning routine, and then style. I have notice that it looks best and more natural the next day.The only drawback, it does leave your forehead looking white--but I simply used a damp cloth after styling to wipe off the residue. Will be buying other colors soon.

Great product
This really works great! It’s thick and gooey when you apply it, but then hardens and stays on! I Looked at a lot of options because I used It on My daughters (6years old) hair for school spirit day. It did not get on anything! She also has dark hair and it showed up really well! It washed Out with a little extra scrub but nothing crazy! Recommend!
