Not at all what I thought

The main issue with this is that it does not stay in your ear... It pops right out and never fits into the ear canal. Also... The part that fits over you ear does keep the other microphone part against your face. It stick out and gets caught up on my jacket oe seat of the car. I tried to get used to it..but it just doesn't stay put. Also.. The volume is also not good ( partially because it will not stay in my ear canal ). I think its to late to return as ive had tried to make it work. It wasnt the cheapest either. I would not recommend this to anyone
