Soldimar Pesasur Great Taste Yellowfin Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil 195g (Pack of 4)

I have been ordering PESASUR products for years.Impossible to find better taste. I am a tuna person but their Alaska Salmon is like Tuna Sublimation.Either in glass jars or canned, I found no other Spanish brand better.Olive oil makes the Taste possible. If tuna is fried olive oil is not the predominant taste. The Taste is Tuna or Salmon with best quality oil. Fresh olive oil is not like cooked olive oil.The French brand Le Connetable is exquisite but not in glass jars. Riu mare is good but inferior in quality.I am very French for food but we all know Spain is the only country in Europe still selling fresh fish at supermarkets.

I was terribly excited to get this product as it looks darned good. However, I was somewhat disappointed coz I do not believe it contains olive oil??I put Jar in fridge and no matter how long in fridge it did not congeal like olive oil usually does. Nor does it taste of olive oil. Would love to have feedback from manufacturers on this. Reason I purchased at this high price coz it said Olive Oil.
