Q: It only comes with one post and strap for a wheel chair????? makes no sense

Strap has a loop on one end that goes around the post which supports the foot rest, the “post” which comes with the “heel loop” fastens to the foot rest with the screw which comes with the “heel loop”. Mine have been on for several years with no problems.

Q: Does this help keep foot rests parallel to floor? Our plastic foot rests have started to sag with the pressure applied by the users feet.

No. these will not solve that problem.

Q: Will they work on drive rollators?

I dont know what a drive rollator is other than a walker.
