TCMT 13.7" King Tour Pak Pack Trunk Backrest Pad Luggage Rack Speakers Taillight Fit For Harley Touring CVO Road King Electra Street Road Glide 2014-2022

At first sight I was very pleased. Then I unpacked it. It came with a luggage rack and backrest that was not pre drilled to install. It did not come with tail lights or speakers and those holes were pre drilled. I then installed the pack and in less than a week later the pivot pin on the quick connector broke while was going down the highway and the whole thing came off a tumbled down the highway and was destroyed. I've contacted tcmt about this but have gotten no response from them.

King Tourpak just arrived today. Actually quite a bit quicker than expected. Quality seems pretty good. Latches seem tight. Color matches vivid black quite well. One complaint about the product, I need to drill my own holes for the back rest. One complaint about TCMT. Never any instructions including with anything I’ve bought from them. Other than that. Nice product. The inconvenience is worth it to me to get a good product and save money.

No where in description or pictures does it show all of the pre cut holes in this trunk. I have a road king, no radio or antenna, It comes pre cut with speaker holes,, Antenna holes, and light bar holes...... NONE OF WHICH I WANTED NOR NEED........ JUNK.The part that should be pre drilled, for the rack on top,,,,,, is not drilled or pre cut...... DUH....I am in process of trying to return it. TCMT so far not helpful......... I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT.........POSSIBLY THE OTHER OPEN FROM REAR, PLAIN TRUNK WITH RACK.......at much lower price.....but suitable for my needs for quick trips and overnight runs for additional cargo space, then removed....... no lights, no radio, no antenna, no speaker holes....... on and off detachably mounted is all I want...........

Very pleased with my Tour Pak as it is a fraction of the cost of OEM Harley pack! For something that I will use only occasionally, I did not need nor want to spend over a thousand dollars for a custom, color matched, OEM Harley Tour Pak. My only complaint was all the darn predrilled holes in it! Yeow! As sent, it definitely is NOT water tight nor rain resistant which defeats the purpose. A little ingenuity using reflective tape, rubber plugs and duct tape and everything is good to go! One other complaint is that I tried to order the accessory light bar for it, but it is confusing as there are two sizes and the website is not clear as to which one to order... shipping things back to China is not high on my list!

This is a pretty great quality tour pack for the money. There are a few issues though.It comes predrilled for a lighting kit, speakers, an antenna and for a mounting kit so if you don't have or want those things, you will need to plug them all and it is a LOT of holes. Ironically, the only holes not predrilled in this thing are for the 2 add-ons it comes with (the luggage rack and the back rest).I put masking tape on the outside and filled the holes from inside the pack with hot glue to make plugs, then removed the masking tape and covered the outside hole with small pieces of black vinyl. I also made a Harley sticker to go across the back to hide those holes too.At the end of the day, the quality is pretty great and it saved me a few hundred bucks, even after buying a quick release bracket and pegs. If you have some time and are decent with modding things, this kit is a good buy.

ordered mine and it was delivered on Aug 16 2018 and after getting everything else ordered and in. ( Bkake lights, antennas, rubber floor mat) went for a ride to day Aug 28 2018 and it blow off and was destroyed.. Try and call and ask if they have had a problem and only response i get is i must not have put in on correctly.. so order at your own rick..if you order it check and make sure it locks good to the docking hardware or you'll be sick like me and out a lot of money like me...

So where to start on this pack. First off I drive a 2014 Harley Street Glide Special, so this may be different for you than me so here goes. Base plate: They recommend TCMT Tour Pack Trunk Metal Base Plate Fits for Harley HD FLT Touring Models 2014-2020, DO NOT BUY THIS you will not be able to put your liner back in your tour pack, I sent mine back and did get a refund, buy this instead and yes this is sold on Amazon, Laser Cut Tour Pak Pack Trunk Reinforced Metal Base Plate Fit Harley Davidson Touring Electra Glide+Road Glide+Street Glide+Road King+Ultra Classic 2014-2019. Now that the base plate is covered lets move on to wiring. You will need to buy 2 wires one sold here on amazon NAMZ Custom Cycle Tour Pack Power Tap Harness NTP-CB01, the other you need from Harley Part # 69200131 Wiring Harness Tour Pak its about $70 from Harley and you can find it on ebay for around $55. Tons of holes in this thing that you need to figure out how to seal up, best of luck with that, but they are not hiding the facts that there are tons of holes in it. When i ordered this the shipping on the pack was fast, got it within a week, but was missing the backrest, called TMCT and they told me it was shipped separately. Somehow the seat which came from the same location the pack was shipped from took an additional 2 weeks to get to my house, but it did get there. You must drill the holes to install the backrest which is kinda funny since I was just complaining about all the holes, those are not there. For me it came out to be a $800 dollar adventure going from docking hardware, to the rack, all the wiring, speakers, the pack, and I haven’t even done the antenna, not sure im going to. Had I known all of that prior to buying this product it may have changed my perspective on purchasing. However it is cheaper than the Harley tour pack which would have been around $1600 to have it fully installed at the shop. But keep all this in mind prior to purchase.

Did not come with the free liner or directions and it has precut holes everywhere, so you have to figure out what lights to buy on your own.

This tour pack is great value. I don't use it unless the wife and I are on a long road trip. You can save huge money buying this one rather than from Harley Davidson. I will be honest the quality is not as good as one from Harley but for the price savings I am satisfied.

Product is decent for the price. Would be nice if seller offered shipping options to speed up the shipping process
