Thought it wasn’t turning on when I got it so I charged it because maybe it didn’t have a charge. So I figured out to power on you hold on to power button for a few seconds. After it turns on you can hear a beep. It however doesn’t have any current going through. I followed instructions in the manual but nothing. I even tried it full power but got no power out of it. Hopefully I am able to get a refund otherwise I will update once I hear from seller since it’s not eligible for returns or refunds through Amazon

I bought the very expensive, highly advertised, version & returned it because while it seemed to work just fine I couldn't feel a thing on any setting. Plus I was unsettled by the number of unhappy customers who reported that it no longer worked soon after the return period ended. I have two of the original versions of this type of tool, each from a different movie star. Both items still work & they're probably more than 20 years old. Nevertheless, I purchased the expensive version because I believed it had updated technology.I then bought this one which is an almost identical knockoff of the pricey one. Yes, I can feel it working & it does make your face twitch even on the lowest setting. I don't anticipate ever using a higher setting. The ones I have from Connie Stevens & Suzanne Somers also have the same twitching effect but not to this degree. This inexpensive version pulses 10 times & then zaps you. I don't mind the zaps but if you don't want the stronger zap, simply count the pulses & then lift it off your face! It's easy to move slowly because you feel it actually doing what it's supposed to do. It doesn't beep annoyingly after 5 minutes like the expensive version but I don't need or want it to. It's very relaxing despite being so strong. I use it on my cheeks, jaw, & carefully around my eyes. I don't use it on my forehead because it's too strong for me in that area. Instead I use my gua sha which I love. You don't need expensive gell as it works great with any cream. At this price it's definitely worth a try & I'm delighted I did! I'm in my late 70's & people think I'm 20 years younger!

Beware of buying this product. I should have just gone for the more expensive microcurrent device and not skimped out on a cheap-o knock-off. No shipping information was provided ever, and when I got the item it didn't even work. I plugged it in for over an hour to charge but the power button was broken. THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS even if the product doesn't work. They said they would offer me a $15 compensation and it would show in 2 - 3 days. We'll see what happens.

I bought this without having high hopes for it. I also purchased the actual Nuface microcurrent conductor to use with it, but not the super pricey Nuface machine. This works great. It's very much like the TENS unit the chiropractor uses on my back to take away pain and inflammation. It rotates with different vibrating pulses and when I'm done using it, I look twenty years younger. Whether the results will work over the long term? I don't know. What I do know, is use this before going out and you'll look like a million bucks. Some people complained it was too strong...turn it down! It has settings. I found it very easy to use. Only 1 button, you just push it more times to make it stronger and longer to turn it off and on. Also, the machine is way bigger than I expected.

This was awful! First it took WEEKS to arrive. Charged it up, and the stupid thing wouldn’t even turn on! Also, I was looking specifically for the “Feipushi” brand. The photos used for this showed a Feipushi”, but the device I received wasn’t branded. I happen to have a Feipushi, and this was much lighter weight and slightly different looking. I feel like I was ripped off! What a piece of junk! Thankfully I was able to get my money back from Amazon. I threw it in the trash.

I bought this because I couldn’t justify dropping $200 on a Nuface mini at the moment and especially if I could find something comparable for literally 90% less. I read a lot of very unflattering reviews but ordered it anyway because it was $20. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to arrive but it arrived in 2 or 3 days, obvious bonus!It is a pretty powerful little device, as a matter of fact, it has fewer settings than Nuface but I believe it’s a LOT stronger. It’s almost identical to Nuface in appearance and size, the power on this feels more like a TENS device and Nuface feels more like just a little vibration. I use a regular ultrasound gel with it. On a bare face it was actually less strong, which is oddly the opposite of Nuface. It’s not painful but it will probably catch you by surprise at first. The only place it was slightly uncomfortable was in my gum line, over my far right incisor and canine tooth. It was only painful in this one exact area and this area recently sustained injury, 2 weeks ago I started using a waterpik instead of regular floss and I had the pik turned up too high and cut into my gum just above these two teeth and it’s made that area tender. I suspect this explains the slight pain/discomfort there. So if you have dental pain you probably want to avoid using it over that spot until it’s resolved.It really moves the muscles in your face, like you will see parts of your face twitch. I highly recommend looking at Nuface guides online because my only real issue with this product is it’s total lack of use instruction. This model does 10 slow pulses, 1 long pulse and then 10 rapid pulses per cycle, there are no beeps and it only begins once pressed on your face and you can press just very gently. So you want to follow the instructions for what Nuface considers their “advanced treatment” as opposed to the basic treatment which instructs you to glide it over your face. You don’t want to glide this device, you want to plant it in the spot, let it go through the short cycle and move it to the next and repeat. I try to do each area 3 times. I think you can get the same or potentially better results in a shorter session with this device vs. Nuface.I personally am really happy with this device and would absolutely recommend it to friends. I am withholding that 5th star because I just think it should come with improved directions for use.
