My beloved lab loves it so much and so do I. As I spend most of the day at work, now I can talk to her, say something reassuring and even make her stop chewing on our door mat while being away! The loveliest part is the PetCube's dispenser sound before treats tossing. She instantly gets so excited waiting to catch a treat. She recognises it instantly. I prefer using the smallest treats as they got scattered around the room so that my dog needs to run and sniff for them trying to find every bit. The camera is great and the audio quality too.It was quite easy to setup everything after unpacking. I placed the camera on a flat surface. But it may be hung on a wall,I loved that I do not need to subscribe as the free plan is enough to check the live video, talk to the doggo and toss treats when I'm not at home.However, I still use it while being at home anyway as it is such a joy for both of us. Would be nice if the phone app required less clicks in the menu.

Overall I'm happy after upgrading from the Original Petcube Bites. It has a much better treat dispenser mechanism. Camera is better quality. I've dropped a star as even the shortest treat throw distance is very energetic. Food flying everywhere!

I have purchased Bites 2 Lite as a gift for a local charity looking out for Sheffield's homeless cats. They have kitties who have been neglected and most of them are quite nervous - so I wanted to help monitor them and give them treats remotely.The setup was a breeze, we connected it to the iPhone of the charity manager and mounted it to the wall.Most used features so far: remote monitoring, dispensing treats to cats and talking to cats while the staff is away. At first, cats did not notice the device but in a few hours they got closer and some of them even started playing with it.The staff is able to check on cats anytime to see if they may need extra attention or care, which is great!It's only sometimes the wifi gets wobbly so the video might come with a bit of a delay; we may try moving it a bit closer to the router. We will also try to leave some lights on to make it easier to recognise which cat is currently next to the camera.

Got this for my dog so I can check on her on the days I have to be in the office and so far she loves it. Set up was super easy and the camera itself is good quality and the night vision works well, there’s the option to speak and listen too so a lot can be done with it and it’s been quite fun for both of us, her more so because of the treats. You can also wall mount it or have it free standing, at the moment we’re testing to see which one works best.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the second Petcube I've bought as an addition to the regular monitoring camera. I'm having so much fun playing with this camera. I use it when I'm away to give my dog and cat treats. The Bites 2 camera is a super wide-angle, so I can see almost half of my living room, covering all the spots where my pets love to sleep and play.The picture quality is lovely. It has a night vision with a very bright picture in the low light. This feature is handy when I'm out. I'm out till late and forgot to leave the lights on. The treats dispenser is fascinating. It works with various treats (small, medium, significant). I'm always laughing and recording the video when my dog and cat hear the sound of dispenser startup and race for the treats.I would recommend this device if you care about your pet and want to interact with it while you're away. (TBH, sometimes I play with pets being in a different room during the meeting :D)

Don't be fooled by any other pet camera systems - this is the OG and the only one you should be buying! We've had a few, and nothing comes close to the usability of the Petcube and all of it's amazing functions. The camera quality is outstanding, the unit is sturdy and built with quality materials, the app's interface and usability is generally really great - and of course, the treat flinging option is outstanding! Do yourself a favour and get one for you - and your best friend - today!

Doesn’t work correctly when connected to an external network, can’t talk to pet unless at home so pointless! Customer support helpful but could not solve, forwarded to (Devs) tech support but NO SOLUTION provided other than to tell me what I’d already been told that a credit had been issued (I didn’t want one, just a solution to my problem)…After a few emails back and forth, here are some excerpts from a couple of emails to me;QUOTE:We confirm that this is not a hardware issue with a device and is related to how traffic flows through ISP - mobile data provider - our servers - app.We really do not have a timeline as to when the fix will be released which is why we are offering refunds for this kind of issue. It does not affect All petcube users, but it does affect a number of petcube users.So in my mind its probably never gonna be fixed and it’s pot luck as of to whether it’ll work for you… and as for those it does affect… well, it’s pretty much useless.

I got it a few weeks ago and it seems that my puppy loves it more than me! I had no problems installing it and connecting it to my phone - connects quickly when I’m at work. I had to test a few different tastes of treats before my boy started engaging with the dispenser, but now it became our favourite ritual! The image is also really clear with wide angles. Highly recommend to any pet lover who’s frequently away but wants to stay in touch with his buddy!

Je l’ai installé aujourd’hui, mes chats sont toujours en train de l’apprivoiser 😁 Attention! Quand vous avez l’introduction de l’application et qu’un message vous dit de ne pas lancer de friandise quand vous voyez votre animal devant la caméra, ce n’est ps une blague 😅 ça lance fort et loin même quand on fait le plus petit lancé 😅 mes chats et moi on a sursauté pour le premier 🤣😅

This product is not good for dogs with sound sensitivity. The treat function is very loud and there are many clicks that happen throughout the day. The clicks cannot he silenced even by the engineering team. Additionally there are preset settings that will apply when the product is updated. I had a weekend ruined because I couldn't figure out that the tone when the petcube was being watched had been automatically turned on. I thought my dog was barking all the time, but he was just barking when I was watching him because of the sound. I'm very disappointed in a product I spent a lot of time researching. I suppose all the reviews must be paid as nobody mentioned any sounds yet their customer support team is well aware of this issue.

Très utile pour savoir comment mon chien est quand je ne suis pas à la maison ou pendant la nuit.

Alors, je reçois le produit aussi léger qu'un jouet pour enfant, avec un câble d'alimentation USB-C qui, lorsque l'on l'insère, a du jeu à éviter. Encore un produit qui coûte 5 euros à la production et qui est revendu à 150 sur Amazon.Bref du vol !
