The Bulgarian bag was packed in a large white bag to keep it clean. There was a flyer inside the box with a website link to the instructional video (there’s no DVD). My order also included a full-color chart showing the different exercises. The chart is invaluable because I can hang it on the wall and look at the next exercise without putting down the bag. If I were using my computer/phone, I’d have to scroll down to see the next exercise. The construction of the bag looks solid. The stitching seems secure and the canvas section is comfortable to hold or place around your shoulders. The bag is great for indoor use because you can drop it on the floor without clanging noises like metal weights. The 2 leather covered handles and the 3 small handles on the top of the bag works grip strength. I’m using it to supplement my Brazilian jiu jitsu workout. Use good form and take care swinging the bag because it’ll feel heavier than the stated weight.

All you need for a complete full body HIT workout and it fits under the bed.

Everything about this bag is excellent from the stitching to the materials. I have been using it for about 3 months now and there is some much you can do with it from arm workouts leg chest shoulder back I mean works your whole body don’t hesitate go and get yourself one!

I'm middle aged and out of shape. I bought the 17lb bag and am able to get in a great workout in 16 minutes. This is a piece of equipment that I am always looking forward to using.

I received my bundle today with the DVD missing. The Bulgarian Bag arrived in great shape.***Updated my rating from 3 Stars to 4 Stars. The links to the training videos are great 'green' alternatives. Perhaps the item should not advertise "Workout DVD".
