Q: How much does it weigh?

I don't remember , but it was lightweight- it is not sealstone. We got it for my 90+ year old mother and she loved it. Takes very little water, but makes a nice water sound and the light at night was also a nice feature.

Q: where exactly are the LED lights as with the sun glare off the water, can't tell where the lights are?

The light shines through the top where the water comes out. It's so Tranquil! I 💕 Love it.

Q: Can this be used without lights?

No. There is not a separate switch for the lights that we have found.
