Wow-a! This is an insanely wonderful spice blend!I have used it a few times now while pan cooking chicken and making a scrambled egg recipe. This spice turned already excellent dishes into superb dishes. Very versatile and I can see it being used on a variety of proteins. I will definitely try it on shrimp soon as well.It has a slight bite to it and when I cooked chicken the aroma was simply fantastic!For the amount you get I don't think this is overly expensive. The really nice thing about this blend is there is no salt in it. And salt is not needed as this is a very flavorful blend and I know you won't be disappointed if you purchase it.If you decide to buy this, don't be afraid to try it on a variety of foods you cook.

$10 is obviously a little steep for a jar of spice. I used to be able to get this from my local Whole Foods, but they don't carry it any more. Upon searching, Amazon seemed like my next best option. (Funny how that works seeing as Amazon owns Whole Foods.)I digress. I feel that the price is worth it for how often I use this and how flavorful it is. A jar lasts a long time as you don't need a boatload of it to spice up your dishes. I love to use it for air-fried tofu (cube a block of tofu, add olive oil and stir, add corn starch and this spice and stir, put it in the air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes and it's delicious), adding flavor to salads, chicken, rice, guacamole, etc. It has so many uses and compliments a lot of different foods well.It's also sugar-free which is a plus. I've been using this spice for years and I highly recommend it!

This is a really good spice, has a kick so it keeps meals interesting and low sodium for those folks watching it due to heart issues! Love it! Second time we ordered this!

Fairway Foods no longer carries this product. I purchased a substitute recommended by their staff but it was not nearly as good. This stuff is awesome! Makes the relatively tasteless quinoa delicious!
