CoQ10 was recommended to me by my physicianSeems like a good product with a fair price.

Of all the options around, I feel this the best to be found. Have used Coq10 for 20 plus years and heart is healthy as can be.

I am a little confused about this product. It says they at 800 on the Amazon product page and 800 mg on the bottle, but then under that Supplemental Facts it says 2 capsules contain the equivalent of 6%, so I am assuming it is actually 48 mg of CoQ10 per 2 capsule dose. I have never seen CoQ10 described this way and it is confusing to me in that regard.The price is great! You get like over 3 months of CoQ10 if you take the daily recommended dose of 2 capsules (48 mg of CoQ10). If you are on a tight budget, this is a very affordable way to go.For me, I like a much higher dose of CoQ10. I am taking a brand called CoQ10 Pro by Tesseract. It is expensive ($55 for a two month supply), but it provide a mega-dose of CoQ10 that is high absorbent - 300 mg.To get 300 mg of CoQ10 with this brand I would have to take 12 of these and the bottle would only last me a little over two weeks. Let alone swallowing that amount of pills is daunting. And the price would be 4 times the price of the Tesseract brand.I don’t know for sure that I am understanding correctly, so I was hesitant to mark down by more than 1-star for this product. I do have to say that they smell very fresh and I have a sensitive sense of smell.I am hoping the manufacturer makes this more clear on the Amazon product page in the near future.I also did a little research on Clearformulas brand. They have a website and they distribute very high-end supplements like Thorne and this is their own brand of COQ10.

I typically take 200 mg, so these are overkill for me, however; I will be able to get 200 servings from this bottle. That will make this 13¢ a day, and competitively priced.
