It certainly looks like an ideal solution to accurately cutting a roll of wrapping paper, however, the wrapping paper tended to bunch up and tear I’m trying to slide down and cut. As a result I resorted toTraditional scissors.

To me, this was more hassle than it was worth. It worked it it was placed just so on the paper, but achieving that precision was timely

This paper cutter is easy to use and cuts through paper quickly. Works best on rolls of wrapping paper.

I tried using it to cut wrapping paper and the blade would get stuck and not cut properly. I had to use a regular scissor. So disappointed.

Only works on small rolls of wrapping paper. A waste of money when scissors do the exact same thing.

Did not cut paper smoothly.

I loved the idea of this. The blade is sharp. But the mechanics of getting a clean slice in the wrapping paper is just not there. Perhaps if I had a new roll that wedged in securely inside the tube, it might keep the tension in the paper so the blade can slice cleanly. I could not make it work for more than 3 inches at a time.

Ended up returning this. I had high hopes. The product is not hard to use properly, however it did leave my paper with ragged edges. I don’t think the blade is sharp enough. I could do the same job with a pair of scissors.
