Okay, this product works great if you ever get it installed. Here are my list of tips those those ordering this item.1. If you plan on drilling into the wall where there is no stud BUy YOUR OWN PLASTIC SCREW ANCHORS. The ones that come with it are flimsy as heck and will bend and snap if you try to use anything other than the force of a feather to put them into the drilled pilot hole. Anchors are literally pennies at any local hardware store. This will save you irritation in the long run.2. BUY YOUR OWN SCREWS. TWO of the screws provided in my kit had the heads break off. (Thankfully they provide 6 screws at least.)One just while starting to screw in and the other one snapped off while the screw was in the wall and I was backing it out to adjust the fit. I now have a broken screw sitting in my wall and had to drill a 2nd pilot hole next to it to hang one mount.Other than that, most of my frustration came from the packaging. There is heavy plastic shrink wrap on the smaller end of the pole which only wants to come off in tiny 1/8 inch pieces. It took forever to get off. I do not recommend scoring it with a blade as this scratched my pole.The ball on the ends screw into plastic caps on the ends of the poles. One cap did not have a hole drilled into it. This was minor, but having to do it myself was just one more thing that made me hate this product.It looks nice now that it's up tho and the top of the curtains at least hides the broken screw stuck in my wall.If you're on a budget and don't mind screaming obscenities with your kids in the house, this is a decent choice for you!

My son stopped taking naps right after he turned 3 and then was cranky all evening. I wracked my brain trying to figure out what to do to encourage nap time. I came up with a few ideas, including blackout curtains. I ordered two of these rods and some blackout curtains for him.-Size: My windows are 71" wide, so in order to have some overhang on each side we extended these out to 83" (giving us 6 inches on each side of the window). I possibly should've gone with a longer rod so this one isn't fully extended, but the price jumps when you start looking for longer ones.-Installation: My husband had both of these installed in about 20 minutes. The rods came with all the screws necessary and 3 brackets, one of each side and one for the middle. The without the middle one these would sag a lot since we have them fully extended and the curtains are heavy.-Quality: No issues here. These look exactly like the picture and are functioning perfectly!-Price: I compared with a few stores and this was definitely a competitive price considering the length and quality.-Appearance: These look nice and sleek. The ball adds a nice touch, but isn't showy looking.Overall, I would definitely buy these again and recommend them to anyone looking for this size of curtain rod.

Excellent product...normal in size for my bedroom window and still had plenty of stretch left in the rod. I got ripped off by a previous seller I received a tiny miniature rod n was very upset but with this seller everything was PERFECT 👌

I cannot believe how sturdy these rods are. Much better than the more expensive ones I bought in the store. I wasn’t too concerned because I was just hanging toppers and we wouldn’t be tugging on them to open and close curtains, however, these are solid and very sturdy. Would easily handle daily tugging and heavier curtains than my toppers. I didn’t bother with the drywall anchors, as the hangers use two long screws each. Again because we aren’t tugging on them, it should be fine. However, if you are going to opening and closing curtains, you’ll want to use drywall anchors. I’d recommend sturdier ones than what come in the package. Overall, these are awesome rods and a great price.

The rod is fine, no issues with it. My gripe is why these companies that can't spend an extra 20 cents and put a set of worthwhile screws in the packaging. These were the cheapest screws made, they stripped out as soon as the screw hit the stud even though I predrilled the holes. A trip to the local hardware store where I purchased professional screws and it hung just fine. Don't bother wasting your time with what's in the package.

FEB 2021Pros: Solid and sturdy. Can extend more than 48”. Comes with three support brackets and, if installed correctly, doesn’t bow or dip in the middle. Very sturdy, not flimsy at all. Obviously there are some plastic components, but rod and ends are metal and don’t feel or look cheap. Looks great! Kit comes with 3 support brackets, screws and drywall anchors and instructions. I was actually surprised by all the above considering how inexpensive this was.Cons: Cannot think of a single one.

We like this rod very much. Works very well with curtains that have the big round grommets at the top. Curtain slides open and closed nicely.

I had several Bali Cafe Rods from a year ago and the rod ends are much smaller than these. The larger ends made "joining" these in room corners impossible (not enough space) so I removed the balls and just had the rods meet each other. I also have a long wall and decided to combine two sets to make an extra long rod. The design of the rods is such that if you remove ends (and the end attachment point--which is somewhat difficult) you can piece them together.
