The ultra precision 1-2-3 Block, is hardened steel, ground flat and square to +/- 0.0002". The block measures 1 inch thick, 2 inches wide and 3 inches high. The on-board dial indicator has a 1.0" travel, accurate to 0.001". The indicator comes with a round tip, ideal for checking flat surfaces. Included is a 3/8" diameter flat tip, perfect for checking round surfaces, edges and router bit heights. The dial indicator/carriage has two embedded rare earth magnets that allow the carriage to move smoothly over the full length of the 1-2-3 Block. A positive lock screw secures the dial indicator/carriage at any desired location on the 1-2-3 Block four edges. Bring machine shop accuracy to your workshop. Combine a dial indicator with a hardened, precision ground 1-2-3 Block - add silk smooth adjustment capability over 3 inches and you get outstanding measuring accuracy in a compact package.
