what I received looks like a great product, and the description on the item matches the description on Amazon, however, the photo shows a sheet pan with a rim all the way around, and what was sent was a sheet with a rim only on each end, the other two sides are flat. This means I can't bake anything like meat or vegetables on it, because any liquid will run off the sides and onto the oven burner. I guess they'll be good for cookies or french fries, but I really needed a RIMMED sheet, not a FLAT one.

I bought 4 of these sheets (for a use other than baking, using as sliding "drawers" for some very deep cabinets). The sheets I received are NOT what is pictured and described here. I received flat cookie sheets with a minimal lip on back and front ends. There are no upturned sides. I was counting on the side to help contain the objects I am sliding inside the cabinets. In the end I am not returning them, they serve my purpose for the most part and the price was good.It's so frustrating to receive the wrong item - and from the reviews here I am not the only one affected.

I got this piece, and trays, to store pottery pieces prior to firing them. Less floor space is taken and far more can be held than with traditional shelving. The trays slide out fairly well but I think I'm going to spray a little WD40 on the tracks. Keep in mind, however, that trays filled with clay pieces weigh more than one filled with breads.

The pan and rack are wonderful! The packer sure did mess it up though. There was no packing material between the rack and the pan and now my pretty pan has 4 dents from the legs of the rack!!! I needed the item right away so used as is. Ashame someone doesn't consider how this would come to me. There was a bunch of packing material on the top of the pan and rack. Why not THINK!? Maybe this will scratch or dent with rough handling?? Anyway, I love the pan even though it is dented.

These pans are exactly what I needed for my camp cooking set-up. No longer available locally. They arrived quickly, were well packed, and are heavy duty, Price was competitive and I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Nice quality sheet pan but one was bent upon arrival . Trena is the reason 4 stars not 5. I would order them again.

The listing is incorrect. Is a 9.5x13 pan not a 10”. Thought I was getting something bigger than the standard, but not. Also way too overpriced. Returning.
