Windows 11 runs well on this, given the speedy SSD disk and 8GB internal memory. However the 128 GB SSD disk may not be enough for you, if you want to store loads of videos and music tracks etc. With Office, Chrome browser, and some basic utilities (WINZIP, Filezilla FTP, Adobe Acrobat reader) loaded to suit my needs, roughly half the disc on this recently purchased machine, is used for the system and apps, leaving 60Gb or so free, which is way more than enough for my needs. The pre-loading of Windows and Office is a boon, and saves valuable setup time - well done those people. However Windows 11 is not for the novice user, IMHO, same as any Windows machine. If you only want Internet access, cloud access, and streaming without local storage then a Chromebook is far simpler, and takes all the operating system software, settings, and update headaches away for the user who just wants to do online shopping, banking, etc. Folk however like me who really need MS Office for work, plus sufficient local storage, and are historically proficient Windows users (though I have no great techie credentials) need to stick with Microsoft (My family and I also have numerous Chromebooks, for quick safe Internet access, plus of course our smartphones). I think this is a good bundle for the average home or small office user, but if you are very proficient and want to use your machine for complex, high volume, or high speed apps, or gaming, then don't criticise this excellent package, just purchase something altogether bigger and more powerful that meets your needs. I give this five stars. Help is available over Whatsapp from the Amazon sellers too, a great service and an excellent idea. Note that Windows II has a built in virus checker/scanner called Defender, obviating the need to pay for a free-standing virus checker, so I have spent very little on software to add to this comprehensive package. (Also my previous mouse with USB connect, and previous HP Envy 5030 network printer work fine with this system. ) Note too that this machine has a traditional keyboard, and is not touchscreen.

I had been intending to get a new laptop for a year or so. I was put off by the jargon and the new way of things etc, i.e. having to buy all the operating systems and security etc separately. When I saw this laptop, which comes pre-loaded with all the systems, I decide to go for it. I class myself as an average user, I use it for typical home use, records, filing, surfing the net, shopping, & photos. No gaming for me.This laptop has proved to be everything I wanted, easy to use from the set up. It took me a week or two to get used to the latest systems, but with time this becomes just as easy as the old ones. i have had my laptop for 6 months now, I waited to review it because I did not want to judge it during the teething stages. I am thoroughly satisfied and totally pleased with my purchase. My machine remains fast and efficient, with Tecbuyer offering a full support service through WhatsApp, which I have not had cause to use as yet, giving added peace of mind.I highly recommend this laptop in particular to persons with similar usage to myself. Good value for money.

Comes with Windows and Office installed and with instructions to activate everything within a couple of minutes. Laptop is nice and fast. It's also very light and sturdy. Battery life seems good. Perfect for me as I need to travel with it

In addition to the screen resolution being far less than advertised (even after updating all the drivers), the machine itself is flimsy in comparison to other HP models I have owned. I chose to return the laptop within a couple of days, received a notice that it would be collected, but nothing ever happened - still awaiting some response from the seller.

Seemed OK but wouldn't load my accounts system without reinstalling windows. Seemed to be a compatibility problem. Can't say I'm impressed with Windows 11. The start menu is fussy but the speed seemed fine,

I am very pleased with this laptop. It is lightweight so ideal when travelling. It set itself upwith no problem, The fact that Office and Word, was preinstalled was a big plus

I have a older laptop with lower specs that runs much better than this machine. It runs slow a lot at least 3 times a day and when I check everytime the cpu says its running 100 percent or just below even if all im doing is browsing the internet. Battery life is good I think the issue is the operating system windows 11 it seems to cause this issue as lots of people i know have had similar issues. When its running like its supposed to its great but when its running slow its rather inconvenient as I use the laptop for work.
