Deep red color. Solid. Big enough to fit securely in standard chime holder. Did not appreciate these until I tried to save a few dollars and saw the huge difference in quality. Returned those and repurchased these. Photos compare the two with these on the left. I store them in the freezer which extends the burn time.

This product is good quality, and were worth the money paid. All in all it arrived in good condition and there weren't any broken candles. They weren't scented which was fine for their intended use.

These barely had any wax to my surprise and amazement. They burned smooth and even. Easy to write on. This was my 1st set decision and I hope if I need them again I can find these specific ones again

These candles are simply the best chime candles out there in terms of quality and color. The colors are vivid and beautiful, the candles burn well, and the packaging is good so your candles do not arrive broken and scuffed. They are a little thicker than some lesser quality chimes, however, so if you only have one kind of chime holder take note! I have three kinds of chime holders, and here is how they fit:1. White chime candle holder (the sort that typically comes with your basic ‘make a wiccan’ witch kit - yes, that one!): fits very snug and does not go down all the way. Still, if you melt a little wax and drip it in there for stickiness, these candles will be fine for these holders (also true, of course, for the blue holders with the gold stars on them, which I also own). You could also shave off a little wax at the bottom without too much trouble to improve initial fit, but I don’t think this is necessary.2. Clear glass ‘star’ candle holders - these candle holders are also frequently seen in online witchy shops and are used by witches. However, take note!!!!: these candles do not fit in these holders! Further, I do not think they could be safely thinned down enough to fit via shaving wax. If these are the only holders you own, get different holders, because seriously, you WANT these candles.3. Purple cube candle holders with pentagrams on the front and little metal ‘cups’ to hold the candle - another sort of candle holder I have seen in many witchy shops. And hurray!!!! These candles fit perfectly in these holders!!! I owned, but had not used, these holders much previous to purchasing these candles because previous chimes I had purchased were too loosely fitting in these holders. But these holders and these candles were made for each other! So I will finally be able to use these holders. A perfect match and best of the three.I highly recommend these candles!

*These candles are the BLUE candle in the picture, the purple candle is from Wicca Wicks, and the lighter is for size comparison.*These candles are advertised as 4" long and 1/2" diameter. This is false. They are half that size.They are 4" long and 1/4" diameter. They are NOT chime candles; they are MINI chime candles. They will NOT fit in a "standard candleholder" as advertised; you will need a mini chime candleholder.These candles do not burn evenly, either. I would not recommend them. They're inexpensive for a very good reason: they're junk.I never would have taken the chance on anything other than candles from Wicca Wicks, but I needed individual colors rather than the multipack.
