True (traveler's GMT), super-precise, beautiful, and an amazingly adjustable bracelet
This watch is amazing.It's probably the best value in a true GMT watch in the marketplace.It's beautiful, super precise (within 2-3 seconds per day), and it's a true GMT, and also a true diving watch with 200m of water resistance and a screw down crown.The fact that the chapter ring has a 24 hour markers, and the bezel has 60 minute markers means this bad boy remains a viable diving watch as well as a full fledged GMT timepiece. The metal bracelet from MIDO is probably my favorite metal bracelet out there, certainly better that the Rolex bracelets with on-the-go adjustments.Go buy one, they're great!

Beautiful timepiece
Have purchased three watches from them and the process has been outstanding. The watches come in the original box, wrapped very carefully. Inside the watches still have the protective wrap on the case and bracelets. Will continue to do business here.

Hour hand keeps failing. Mido has not been able to fix.
Purchased this watch April 2023. Worked perfectly for about 6 months then started having issues with the hour hand falling behind. Contacted Nayla US and they had me send it back for warranty work. It took about 14 weeks to turn around.After receiving the watch back it did work perfectly for a couple weeks before failing again for the exact same issue. Contacted MIDO directly via email and they had me fill out their service form and send in for warranty work again.I just got the watch back from MIDO yesterday and the hour hand is once again falling behind several hours in just the first day having it back.Now it’s out of warranty. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience to say the least. I plan on contacting MIDO by phone to see what they say about it. Hopefully I can get them to take it back a third time and get it right.

Doesn't keep time.
Maybe I was/am naive about what a $1,200 should be capable of, but mine is lagging nearly 4min/hr even with incessant winding. I'll be taking it in for servicing soon, despite buying it less than 4 months ago. I meant to return it, but missed the window. It's a gorgeous watch, and maybe I got one of the few defective ones, but it's a little disappointing that I cannot wear this watch for anything other than a show peice at this point.
