Don't waste your money or your time.Yes, you have to activate this software through an email and then register on the Nero website to install, but once installation has supposedly completed, half of the functions are missing and you are prompted to "get them". here's when the fun really starts, you never do "get them" -they never install. Despite numerous attempts ... Nope.Even did a clean uninstall and reinstall. Each time ended up with less and less functions.And don't waste your breathe trying to get any kind of real time "support" from Nero directly -email.Absolute crap!Contacted Amazon for a full refund.When a company takes your money but can't be assed to offer any real-time support for their product, it's time to move on and find a better company.

DO NOT BUY - you don;t get the NERO burn - it downloads the other nero and then says you have to pay more to upgrade to get the burn software!!!!!

After installing the software,and using Nero Start, , the latter indicated that my software purchase of the Nero Burning rom had already expired and no other use was permitted without a repurchase

This product as sold will not convert Audio CD's to MP3 tracks without installing an upgrade that costs $49.95! As this was the what I wanted it for I complained to Amazon and got a full refund. 10/10 to Amazon 0/10 to Nero!

Despite sending a link to activate the purchased software an email is still required.No mention anywhere in the product details.I've used Nero before, I now consider it to be Zero
