I bought this chain for a Chanel bag I had inherited and I was so bummed to find that it wasn't going to work for the purpose I intended. The chain itself is very yellow, almost orange-gold. I purchased the "small" chain, and even the small size chain loops seem to be pretty chunky. It did seem very sturdy and well made.
