Wiggy Piggy Bank (Sky Blue): Smart Speaking Piggy Bank and Task Tracker

This is a very cool gift for a child. With this new digital age era it makes sense to have an educational toy to connect to an app. My eight year old is always asking for money and this is a great way to help him understand he needs to work for money. I think my favorite feature is allowing the child to set goals. This is especially helpful when my child is asking for a $60 plus video game. It shows the child how to work and save for their goal. I will be getting another one for my daughter so she can have her own.

I purchased 1, my mother purchased 1 and my MIL 1 for my 3 kids. I cant get any of them to sync. The app itself will not allow me to create an account because when I click on email address the app will not allow the the keyboard to pop up to type in the email address. Do not waste your money on these things. I orginally contacted the seller and they said to wait they were trying to get the app to work with androids and it would be soon. Never heard back. Now its beyond return time.

Took a lot of trial and error but I think I have this thing working

I originally purchased two Wiggy's for my kids for Christmas. As I was about to set it up for them I noticed a yellow stain on top of the Wiggys head in inbetween its ears. I proceeded to check the other one and it had the same stain on its head but in a slightly different area. I'm in the process of returning them so I went ahead and ordered two more as my kids were extremely excited to start using them. I already received one of the two new ones I ordered and to my surprise it has the same yellow stain. The one in the picture is the most recent one I received and as you can see,it has the same stain. This one is not as badly stained as the first two so I might just keep it but for a product at this price it's unacceptable. I still rate it three stars because the concept is great for kids and my kids are enjoying it already. Please Wiggy double check your product better before packaging them. The hassle I have gone through wrapping their gifts and then returing them and having to order them again only to receive another stained Wiggy was horrible. Even so the idea behind it is so great I can't give it less then three stars.

The kids enjoy saving money with this bank this bank is so fun. Its not your ordinary bank it’s very interactive your kids use the app to find out what goals where set by you or them then when they get done you add money to there account we use a savings account at the credit union to help them save for the future

I have never written a review but felt like i had to write one for this. First of, it is misleading as in reality it is not a piggyback at all-as no physical money (coins or bills ) can be inserted.It is more of a educational toy,which was fine with me IF it would've worked as intended.I was looking forward to teaching my kids about saving money and getting some chores done in the process..The Pig itself is adorable.When connected to the phone or ipad you can assign tasks for your kid and it will announce them out loud.It will only say the preloaded phrases-which will cover most of common chores ;) -also fine with me.But then our pig refused to synk and announce the correct amounts for the payouts,so after my kids did their chores the stubborn pig continued to say "zero dollars" even though the app clearly showed money in the kids accounts.After an entire day of resetting -updating-restarting(like the wiggy website suggested) we were forced to send 2 disappointed kids to bed,and continued working on the unresponsive bank.At this point i have given up and my husband is still attempting to reason with the pig,but i think that tomorrow it is going to go back.Its been 2 days of attempting to make this pig say the amount in the bank but it just continues to say "zero" dollars,so today it is going back

I loved the idea of this product. I bought three of them, separately trying to get them to work. Every one would not complete the initial update. I couldn’t use it all all. I get that sometimes you get a dud, but three. It’s just not reliable. I’m disappointed. I was looking forward to using this with my son.

This is the greatest thing for helping your children learn the value of a dollar. We have set up chores and goals linked to $ for our children. It is very fun to watch our children earn and save money for something they really want. This is both motivating and educational and would definitely recommend to any family!
