Shin Megami Tensei V (Nintendo Switch)

Quite possibly one the best JRPG's available on the Nintendo switch

Game mechanics are great. The interactions with the demons brings back nostalgic memories. Over all solid game if you like a challenge and are ready to play "game over simulator" as I call it. If you play it Persona games in mind you will be disappointed. This game does not hold your hand like the persona franchise does after persona 3 FES.(looking at you P3 portable and Persona 4 Golden)

Este juego es increíblemente bueno, se dice que es muy difícil, pero en mi opinión no es así si le prestas atención a sus mecánicas, aún que si llega a sentirse un poquito injusto que de pura suerte un jefe te suelte un crítico y te haga one-shot, pero como no es algo que pase seguido tampoco siento que sea un problema.

Si podéis haceros con uno hacerlo cuanto antes porque es un gran juego y poder jugarlo en la Switch es un puntazo.

So I've been playing MegaTen games for a good while now, about 10 years if I'm correct, and I can honestly say that this is a finely crafted game and mechanically works and performs better than I could have ever imagined! I remember watching the original teaser trailer and the excruciating 5 year wait until this game was finally in my hands... and it is well worth it. ATLUS have once again crafted another stellar experience, and although it's story beats are predictable and not as robust as some of it's sister series (ie Devil Survivor, Strange Journey, Persona etc), it has built upon what each of the games before it have done incredibly well, and then some. Gorgeous in Handheld or TV mode, crisp and fluid animations, an engaging wasteland to explore, this is a must have for JRPG lovers.It's a fair and balanced journey that I can't recommend enough of, with plenty of customisation and content to sink your teeth into! Enjoy!

Longevità 40 ore e velocità di gameplay niente male per un jrpg a turni. Molto impegnativo ma appagante. Consigliato per chi vuole provare un titolo che ha saputo riadattare un genere sempre meno in voga.
