I have been using this product for some time and I am extremely satisfied with it. Prior to using the Amazon Basic brand, I tried three other, more well known brands of incontinence underwear. None provided the superior wicking and protection for my skin that Amazon Basics provides. These are cut somewhat differently, particularly around the legs, which I believe has helps prevent chafing. I have had no problems with ripping or separation from the outer material, both problems I experienced with other brands. There have been a few occasions when the sides are stuck together; it has taken just a gentle tug to fix that very minor problem. They do not bunch up and best of all, they are undetectable when I wear them. Having to rely on incontinence underwear is not pleasant, but Amazon Basics has made it manageable and reliable.

These are very nice, well made and most certainly competition to the well known major name brand. They are soft and flexible and I can wear them without worry of embarrassment accidents. The reason for the four stars is the leg opening. I happen to weigh 90 pounds with a small frame but the leg opening bothers me right where the stretch part hits at the very top of my leg and it always felt too tight. Now I clip the leg opening just a tiny bit so it has more stretch. Nice price and I do indeed recommend.

Work great for heavy period bleeding or when you’re sick with diarrhea. These are very comfortable like wearing underwear. They are not bulky and are the right price! Highly recommend them! Ladies should really have these in their closet in case of emergency!

I am 5.2 weigh 140 lb woman. Med fit OK. Comfortable except the pad is too large hangs down and bunches up in the center do to being to large for a woman. Can wear sleeping but not going out. Gonna try a small because I like the feel but might not be sure pad will be smaller and might not fit as well. We will see and let yiu know. Wish these companies would sell you a sample so you don't waste a package of 20.I ordered the small and the pad was just as long, wide and large as the pads in the medium and also probably in the large sizes. Pad is so long and wide it came all the way up to my waist front and back in the small. So wide it bunched together in the center worse than in the medium. Manufacturer should know you can't put the same size pads in all the sizes. Going back to the Depends.

These are awesome for several reasons. Great absorbtion, good fit, great price. But the winner for me? The back is clearly labeled so you put them on right. My eyesight isn't what it used to be. Many adult underwear mark the back with a colored thread. I like being able to clearly see the marking.

Not glamorous, but super useful for postpartum. They’re soft, absorbent, and way cheaper than the big-name brands. A practical must-have for recovery without sacrificing comfort. I use this for a month and a half honestly even when I stopped bleeding I still had a little bit of incontinence and these were perfect. There’s also no smell at all and it is slightly bulky, but I was always wearing sweatpants and had no issues.
