Our grandson is determined to finish the whole book. He does a dozen pages each time he comes over. He loves the mazes. Good for 5 years and up.

So I bought this to keep my kids nice and chill during car rides and as a quiet activity early in the morning or right before going to bed. The mazes seem very easy; my 3-year-old enjoys them, but my 6-year-old told me they were too easy for him... so I had to up the ante for him. But overall, a good buy.

Six year old completed entire book in a day. Should be geared for younger children just learning to count. Too easy beyond that

My 5 year old grandson loves this book! Bought it for him for his summer visit with me! He immediately did 10-15 mazes! He really enjoyed this and the dot to dot book!!

I think maze books for kids can be a lot of fun, but I think the 4 to 8 age range, as this book is meant for, has children with such varied talents that it is truly hard to make one book good for all kids of the age range. Four-year-olds have much different capacities for concrete work like this than 8-year-olds. Some mazes in this book are very simple, perfect for the 4-year-olds. Most mazes, though, are better for the older kids in this range. Most mazes are best suited for 6- to 8-year-olds. Some mazes are quite creative, with the maze itself within an object like a basket full of apples or a stop sign. Some even look three dimensional, like a somewhat opened book. Others are the more standard square, rectangular, or circular mazes. Sometimes the pathways themselves aren't made of straight lines but are curved or jagged. If you have a young maze lover in your family or life, she or he will most likely enjoy this activity book.4.5 stars raised to 5 because some mazes are very creative.I received a free copy of this maze book, but that did not affect my review.

GRANDCHILD LOVE THE BOOK

This is a delightful book for the young ones in your life. It offers 80 unique mazes in a nice range of designs and of complexity. The illustrations make the puzzles fun for the kids. I think it will be a great book to take along on long car rides or to have on hand when the little ones get bored waiting at an appointment so something similar. The first mazes are suitable for 4/5 year olds but they quickly progress into more difficult ones for slightly older kids - perhaps 7/8 year olds.
