Nice
Fits nicely on the usb slot and am very happy that I found this item for its price. The usb-c port also fits nicely as well.

Like most products made in China, this one is far from ideal
Although not mentioned in text description, this adapter has small blue LED on one side—see the fourth image, there is a white dot near USB Type-C plug. The LED glows as long as adapter is connected to USB Type-C port. It doesn't blink during data transmission though. When I connect the flash drive Kingston microDuo, the read speed is 121 MBytes/s (almost 1 Gbits/s), as expected.Unfortunately, I don't have any suitable device to confirm the performance at USB 3.2 Gen2x1 10Gb/s.According to the information printed on the package, the maximum output current is 2.1 A.The adapter is designed in Hong Kong. Made in China. There are a lot of typos on the package.Besides, I didn't find this adapter on vendor's web site qumox.com.So I give this device 3 stars out of 5.

Did not hold up.
Worked fine for a few months, they started to act up. If wires slightly moved, connection dropped. The male C-usb connection wiggles in housing. Not sure if this adapter was lemon or there is fundamental design flaw.

Broke on first use.
USB C connection held in place by cheap plastic collar. USB C broke loose while removing it from the port. Straight pull, no twisting and it came apart. Don't waste your time or money
