Use This and You Will Never Go Back to Canned Coconut Milk Again.
This is wonderful.It adds a creamy taste to whatever it's added to.It saves you a ton of time when cooking because you don't have to simmer something until the liquid reduces like you do with canned coconut milk.I think it dissolves well, even in hot liquid, but the hotter the liquid the longer it takes.It lasts a really, really long time in the fridge if you put it inside a ziplock bag.Recently, I started to sprinkle it over snacks and add it to dishes that are a bit too hot, they were delicious.

battered package, torn boxes
The boxes arrived in a dirty, plastic bag and the boxes inside were squashed and torn. I am keeping them because the plastic containers inside the boxes hadn't broken and I think the contents are okay. They were sent from a grocery in Tucson, AZ. I won't order these from Amazon again.
