Pull the new cord through the hole in the bottom of the head rail. Pull cord through the cord guides and into the cord lock. Stack the slats to together and push the cord threading tool in from the bottom rail. Slip the cord into the threading tool and pull. For longer blinds you may need to do this in small sections. Slip the cord into the bottom rail plug and tie a knot. Install and lower the blind. Install clear plastic cord stop about 2 inches below the cord lock. Pull the cord through the hole in the cord stop and knot the cord so the stop does not move. Cut the cord to desired length. Attach the end of cord to the tassel.
