Been using for approx 3 years. No hair loss

Do you mean you have other color roots growing in to cover to blend with the gray? Sorry, we don't offer a shade in gray at this time.

Q: Does this work well on really light blonde or platinum colored hair?

I would get a blonder shade if really light blonde. I use it for different highlighted areas of blondes in my hair. You could try it as it’s works great!
