Great Yarn
I knitted a pair of socks with LOTS of cables with this pretty yarn. I found NO knots or bad places in the yarn. It had great stitch definition. I knitted without a cable needle and there was little issue with splitting. It washed beautifully. I did lay flat to dry. I would recommend it as a less expensive alternative to indy dyed yarns.

Soft, colorful yarn that knits up beautifully.
This is quite an expensive yarn but I needed it in a hurry and my usual supplier could not ship as quickly as Amazon. It knits up beautifully and has been a joy to work with (although it does split occasionally if you are not paying attention). The colors are not quite as shown but I was very pleased with the finished product and the recipient loves it. I would happily recommend this yarn but gave it 4 stars because it is overpriced.

Soft Sock Yarn
This yarn was a very soft wool blend. Because it’s superfine sock yarn, it wouldn’t be recommended for beginners. The tonal greens were gorgeous! I had enough to knit two doll sweaters. I paid more ordering from Amazon, but speedy delivery made the extra cost worthwhile.

Soft durable yarn. Enough to make a pair of large socks and more
This was lovely yarn. Makes a spiral pattern when knotted into socks. Maybe my favorite yarn.

I am a beginner sock knitter. This yarn is so soft. The colors are wonderful. Going to have happy socks and happy feet!

Fantastic sock yarn!
Super soft, vibrant colors, and washes great. What more could you ask for in a sock yarn? This was the first pair of fingering weight socks I made, and this yarn was a delight to knit with. Will definitely be repurchasing.

good value for price; colors bleed slightly
Nice yarn, fun color combos. Bought 4 skeins and they all came as single contiguous strands of yarn with only a few lumpy spots (not noticeable in crochet projects). Soft with nice drape once blocked. The colors do bleed a bit on the first wash (tried with woolite, dawn dish soap, and just straight lukewarm water; water turned fairly blue in all cases). Don't know about subsequent washes, since I gave away all the stuff I made. Two of the color combos I bought were a bit too subtle; need to be in the right light to see all the different colors, although they're still very pretty:-Orbit has all very dark colors-Mocha has all very light colors

Deceptive Description & Photograph
The product description tells that this yarn is hand-painted. That's untrue. You can see the sock I knit with it, and clearly, the pattern which emerges is too regular to be done by hand. A machine painted this yarn. Also, the photograph shows a yarn which one would assume is more random in color placement. This, however is not atypical or the fault of the seller; yarn rarely looks the same in a skein as it does in a ball, or when it has been knit up. Decent yarn, though disappointing, and splits easily.
