Moza Mini MX 2 Smart Handheld Gimbal will not pair with Genie App
I thoroughly researched gimbals for my Iphone 13 Pro, this model features an ingenious phone clamp that automatically grips the phone, centers and balances it. For my experience with the Moza Mini MX 2 Smart Handheld Gimbal this is where the joy ends. Try as I might, neither the app nor the gimbal would recognize each other, no capability to operate the gimbal without the Moza Genie App. After trying all the troubleshooting tips I could find, I gave up. It's going back to Amazon for Refund.

Android - it may not all work
Didn't buy the MX2 here. Android Samsung S21. Android and any gimbaled phone most likely will be problematic. I've only had the gimbal a couple of hours. Bluetooth hooking up in the Genie app is meh. The phone is already connected via bluetooth, but connecting the phone and app through Genie is a pain. So, unpair the phone via bluetooth and pair in Genie. Not a big deal.Not the gimbals fault. Zoom at least with this phone is all the way out or all the way in via the + and -. No progression.Stability? Seems fine. I can tell it's doing it's job. Videos are nice and smooth.The Genie app for Android is missing a lot of features that are on the IPhone. Again, it's a Android thing and not a phone thing. If I wanted and IPhone I would have bought an IPhone. Knew this when I bought this.I have the S21 in a Otterbox case. While the jaws look janky, the grip is good and I don't think that will be an issue.

MOZAのスマホジンバルが正常進化しました。当方昨年、 Mini Mx を購入し都度使用していました。そして今回、Mx2を新たに購入しました。外観比較・・・見分けがつきません！！スマホ固定がMｘ2では自動でクリップが開きます（Mxは手動）電源立ち上げ時のバランス調整がMx2では自動（Mxは手動）などなど最初から物理的進化を目の当たりにし期待が膨らみます。肝心のジンバル性能も階段を歩いても衝撃吸収もよく、ウルトラスムーズに進化！動画撮影などは専用アプリを使用して撮影すれば、ズームや追尾など様々な撮影が可能。１番簡単に機能を習得するには、各動画サイトなどに製品の使い方などあるので、それを見ながら実機を触れば理解しやすいです。というか、それが一番慣れやすいです。高価なスマホで、さらに一歩上の撮影をする方におススメ！あえて他社のジンバル専用機など導入せずとも、これで満足いく撮影が可能です。街中や観光地撮りがメインでアクションカムまでは必要ない方など、これで十二分と思います。

使いづらい
起動や専用アプリとの接続手順が分かりにくい起動しても軸が安定しないので上手く撮影できない上手く接続、起動出来れば使えると思うがそれ以前の問題、、

使い方がなかなか慣れないけど良い商品
スマホだけで撮るより揺れはかなり軽減される。この価格でこの性能なら良い方だと思います
