Q: is this a leave in conditioner or do you rinse it out?

Rinse out. It’s a nice product.

Q: What does this smell like?

It has a strong spearmint smell from the bottle but not after u wash and dry your hair, there is no smell. I had my husband smell my hair and said, your hair smells fresh, no smell of spearment. I love the fact there r no chemicals like ones you find in stores. Leaves hair in healthy state, and silky.

Q: Is this safe for extensions?
