Q: What are the dimensions?

I had to run down to the freezer to measure for you. ;-) The size is 11 1/2 by 6 1/4 inches .. perfect. I have purchased two (2) of these, and may get more because everyone here loves them. I have three (3) other aroma pillow (2 smaller and 1 much larger); but the one you are considering is by far the favorite in this family. By the way, the 'flavor' is lovely, and not over-powering; although it fades somewhat after awhile. I keep them in the freezer in the zip-lock pouch they come in so as not to pick up any freezer odor. I hope that helps you decide.

Q: Do they make covers for this that can be taken on and off to wash?

It cannot be taken off but it's cheap enough for when it gets too dirty you can just get another one. You can also probably clean it with a rag.
