Taste is not bad and works great

This "Guarchibao Drainage Liquor, Mango Flavor — Sugar and Caffeine-Free Weight Loss Drink" works well as a diuretic to eliminate excess water weight. It aids in reducing inflammation due to the detoxing effects.I need a daily diuretic to help with some other mediation I take, so this supplement helps me in many ways besides just squeezing me out like a wet sponge of excess water.I like the fact that the powder blends easily with a quick whirl of my milk frother wand. It also tastes pleasantly orange-like and less mango, like ... Tang. Remember that drink mix?Overall, I like this cleansing pack. It's a quick detox round, and I'm a few days in, but i can say it is definitely working because I'm taking multiple trips to the restroom each day, and my rings are fitting more comfortably (which is a quick way of me testing if I'm retaining water.)

Very palatable. I have this in mango. Not bad tasting at all. Now I only tested this out as I'm saving the rest to use after an upcoming abdominal surgery to combat swelling. I wonder how this compares to getting actual lymphatic massage. I plan on using this as a substitute for getting massages. So I plan on updating. What I can report on is that this not a quick fix powder/drink. I did not notice any reduction in puffiness after using just one packet.

The flavor is not bad but I did not achieve ant of the promises results. Not for me.
