Learning the technical jargon made it easy to install.
"Learn" means to program or synchronize. (Why didn't the directions and the opener just say that?} Because my security system has its tutorial for using the system actually on its screen for me to stand and watch, I thought this old lady was going to have to climb a ladder and look at something on my opener while programming the remote in my other hand.My electrician friend explained that "Learn" wasn't a direction for ME to do but for the opener to do. (OK, you can stop laughing now.} After I learned that, the rest was extremely quick and easy.

Works fine for the cost
Genie brand was hard to program and had to do it multiple times. Sears brand programmed easy.If I had not had some other sets to use in comparison I would have blamed myself. The Genie side was easy to program on a different remote but the Sears one wouldn't work.I had this set and another that worked but this was a little larger to feel by hit the button without looking at it. The buttons are usually fine to use. Once in awhile they are not responsive quickly if you accidentally open or close and try to stop it. Other remotes do this better. It seems like you have to give it a second so it will respond.

Works great
I synced these with an old Chamberlin garage door opener and the process took about 10 minutes. The instructions are spot on and I've yet to have an issue with them. No reprogramming no battery failure, no issues at all.

Nice product, but the set up instructions are wrong for Craftsman yellow light.
Nice product, but the set up instructions are wrong. The Craftsman garage door opener programming light is yellow. I used the instructions to program the remote for yellow (1 click) and it didn't work at all, then tried it for the orange (3 clicks) and it worked perfectly. Took me 20 mins to figure it out, I do like the product though.
