Get it, you need it if you get a necklace roll with velcro
Originally I bought one of the necklace rolls here without one of these straps because I thought I wouldn't be hanging the roll up at all. Turns out it's much easier to use the roll if you have it hanging up instead of trying to spread it out on a surface. This is a small piece of material, but it made a big difference.
