I gave this hat 4 stars for the value for money because for a cheap Luffy costume you can't go wrong with it. However you probably will be a bit disappointed when you notice the brim of the hat is "wavy" as in bent and not flat. You'll also notice that the brim is much shorter than in the picture in terms of distance it extends out of the "crown" or center piece in which you place your head. So it isn't exactly an exact costume but it works for someone looking for something quick

The proportions are all wrong. Instead of being a round bowler like hat, like Luffy's hat, it's a vaguely falic shaped almost top hat

This hat looks perfect however, after being worn once for a few hours it started unraveling at the brim. Had to return.
