One or two of my whitening pens arrived partially exploded, it was hard to tell but 2 had gel all over and are noticeably short on product, definitely a bummer.There is a noted "warning" or suggestion that it may not be for people with sensitive teeth so they are aware and let you know, I do tend to have sensitive teeth 🦷 at times so I went in a bit weary.I did notice a bit of tingly-ness when using it with the light and also a bit after the treatments.I noticed a slight bit of whitening each time after use but I'm not sure how dynamic overall it's been. I also have been spacing out my usage of it because they don't include anything in the instructions as to how frequently you can or should be doing it so I have been airing on the cautious end as well because I do have sensitive teeth.The gel is not the most easy to apply and I got a LOT in places I wasn't supposed to (gum line etc) I also had a huge problem with developing a lot of saliva while keeping the LED mouthpiece in, so it does say in the manual that can dilute the serum a bit and could have effected my overall whitening.I am. Going to continue to use it and see if anything more noticeable happens by the time I use the full allotted amount in the box.I will say the led mouthpiece is very comfortable and easy to use. It charges prior to your treatment and times itself to go off when the treatment is done so you don't have to worry about timing it yourself.

The product itself is pretty good, the mouth piece has a powerful light and is a good fit. The whitening gel is tasteless for the most part, but does have some smell to it.Unfortunately, the product that I received had spilled inside the box, where 2 of the 4 pens had spilled quite a bit of the gel. Oddly enough though, the pens are secured and the gel is supposed to be contained until the bottom is twisted releasing it, so it must have been a packaging mistake. Regardless though, the product was still functional.From the time that I have used it, I have not seen very significant results, but there is small progress made so will continue to use for better results. The price is a little elevated compared to other similar products, but the added benefits don’t outweighs its price, which makes it for a difficult recommendation.

I’ve used this product a few times and had results after the 2nd time! It’s easy to use and fits perfectly in your mouth. Would definitely recommend.

Omg this is magic. The blue light is so easy on your enamel. There wasn’t any sensitivity at all!!!! Definitely making this a priority ✨

This is a great teeth whitening kit, the item arrived fully sealed and presented nicely, I haven't used any teeth whitener for years, so this was a great test, I am a coffee, tea and sport drink user, so I have medium white teeth and when I started I was at a level 7-8 on the white level diagram this kit provides, and now I am 2-3 shades whiter at a level 4 or 5 which I thought was really impressive, I am still on the first pen, I assume each gel pen will provide months of whitening.The mouthpiece is well-built, with super bright blue LEDs, it uses magnetic charging and a proprietary magnetic cable to USB-A, the charge can last several days before needing to be re-charged, I found the power button to be extremely sensitive just barely touching it can turn it on or off, so now I usually manually time the recommended 16 minutes it in case I turn it off, other than that it fits great and works fine, the mouthpiece is soft, lightweight, and it's not too bothersome to bite down for 16 minutes.It provides 4 gel pens, which also seem like good quality, the pens have a little transparent window, so you can see when the pen is empty, the top of the pen rotates and makes a clicking noise, after a few clicks the gel comes out onto a brush, so you can apply it to teeth, I had some slight gum irritation when I first used it but went away after that, no pain or teeth sensitivity with this gel!.Overall I highly recommend, the gel whitening system works great, and the blue light mouth guard is also nice, the whole system is easy to use and is an FDA Registered Safe Teeth Whitener!.

The product itself is good but I have a small mouth and have had issues trying to hold it in my mouth for the necessary time frame.
