Bought this to alleviate some heel pain for a child when running or skating. So far so good… No additional pain or discomfort.These are thin gel heel pads inside a sock. Not thick and bulky and surprisingly helpful actually.

My daughter is 6 and in soccer, she's starting limping partway through games and practices saying that her heel hurts. Last game I tried preparing in advance by putting bandaids on her heels for extra padding, but it didn't help. I didn't know something like this existed but I'm so glad I found it because it's exactly what we need. She already tried them on and didn't want to take them off she says they are very comfortable. I'm hoping that they fix our problem and provide the extra padding that she needs. If it doesn't fix it, I'll come back and update this. Also she was really happy they came in pink! Comes with two pairs.

heel soreness

My son is a tournament basketball player and will play 3-6 games a weekend. After game 1 - he was limping because he heels hurt so badly. First time he wore these socks he was fine after game 1, game 2 and game 3! It's amazing. I also didn't realize you get 2 pairs of socks so that was like a bonus! I hand wash and let air dry so we don't damage the heal pads. Highly recommend - great product.

Like many others, I got this for my 9yo son who is suffering from Sever's heel. He wears them under his socks with his baseball cleats, they don't add any extra bulk or effect the fit of his cleats. These have definitely helped! I wash them by hand and hang to dry. As an extra bonus we pop them in the freezer about 1 hour before he puts them on and they really make him feel great.
