I have used this product for many years. When my energy is low, it truly helps increase my energy level and mental alertness. I have recommended it to many of my patients. These are fantastic quality.Tip for new users: The instructions say to let the tablet dissolve COMPLETELY under your tongue. And not to swallow any of it before it finished dissolving. They weren't joking. I accidently did so a few times and got a stomach ache. Which is expected due to which B vitamin this is. It always does this to any stomach. Which is why this brand has made it dissolvable under the tongue, bypassing this issue. Love this product!

However the best thing for your brain is to get off of SUGAR and the SAD diet! Even better is to go on a carnivore diet if you want to improve your physical, mental and brain health.

This product works quickly vs taking supplements to help your body make NADH - eventually. This product works better and more quickly than other NADH supplements because it is absorbed under the tongue. Most NADH is unstable, but the ENADA form is stable. If you need an energy boost this truly helps.
