Very good product! Especially recommended for initial weeks after delivery, when the nipples stay sore due to breastfeeding and milk let down. The absorption is good, but most importantly the pad is thick and fluffy, so it feels very comfortable!!

Spare inner cup missing
I ordered this thing as my baby is pre mature and still in NICU ( at time of writing this review ) . Box says that we will get a spare inner cup for suction. Within 15 days, there was a hole in the inner cup and suction was not working properly. I tried contacting Pigeon after sales support but it is pathetic for breast pumps. They are not working on Saturday / Sunday and when I tried to get this on my own in Bangalore, it is a mess. Ultimately I had to buy another machine from Lu*La* . The other machine which is cheaper has far better suction than the pigeon . So this breast pump worth 5.5K is useless to me after 15 days.Negatives- Poor suction- Missing spare part (inner cup)- Bad after sales support from Pigeon.
