Direct Replacement LED light tubes worked without having to modify existing light fixture ballast!
Wanted to replace the existing 21" fluorescent light tubes with LED ones without having to modify the ballast in the light fixture. Found these Lightwise F13T5 Direct Replacement LED light tubes on Amazon that fit this need. The existing light fixture and its ballast is very old (perhaps 30-40 years old?), so was unsure whether these Direct Replacement LED light tubes would actually work.Installed two of them in the light fixture and actually held my breath while flipping the light switch on. Was very happy and pleasantly surprised to see the new LED lights immediately turn on without any flickering. They were a perfect fit and installed much like the old fluorescent ones...just needed to make sure that the LED lights were oriented downwards after being seated in the socket. I like the 4000k brightness and they are cool white, without a purple/pink tint like a few other reviewers encountered.Time will tell whether these LED light tubes last longer than the last set of fluorescent ones did (i.e., those were terrible and would burn out every couple of months). So far, I'm very happy with this purchase!

T5 7W LED light is brighter and easy to install
This T5 7W LED light replaces my T5 18W light is easy to install and has less power than the standard T5 18W light. It should last longer than the standard light bulbs. Immediately, I can see that is LED replacement is brighter. I changed all 4 light bulbs to LED light bulbs.

Works great, simple to use.
I have some old fluorescent fixtures under kitchen cabinets & the occasional replacements for those were hard to find, expensive, and difficult to dispose of safely. I didn’t want to get into rewiring for other LED replacements so I was excited to find these. I plugged 3 of them in & they work great - no blinking, humming or anything else; and they are a pleasant color for the kitchen. One caveat - light comes out in sun a 180 degree arc, not 360 like fluorescent tubes; and you can’t rotate the tube to change the direction. That was actually good for me in my application as it sends light down in the direction I need, but might not work for everyone.

Mixed opinion
These are, as advertised, plug'n'play. Installation was a snap. But there is stark color variation among the bulbs received. Some are basically warm white, others are cool. The result it a mix of bright (almost too bright) white, and pinkish / blue-white. But the main issue for us is that they work inconsistently. Most light up instantly. Some take 5, 10, or even more minutes to light. There's no rhyme or reason -- a bulb might work fine for several days, then fail to light until long after being turned on. I was about to replace a couple as dead when they came back to life. Between the color variations and the inconsistent operation they are disappointing. Much as I like the idea of moving from mercury-filled fluorescents to LEDs, these are a step backwards, at least in consistency.

Great Plug and Play replacement for our old fluorescent bulbs
We were looking at the cost of replacing all of our 1999 under cabinet lighting - - ours has not been working properly in years. These bulbs are the perfect size and a simple plug and twist installation everything (almost) is working beautifully and brightly. I only wish I had counted correctly so I have placed another order for the one remaining bulb I need. Good price, quick delivery, easy install and just what we needed to save hundreds of dollars.

Much better than fluorescent tubes
I previously had "cool white" fluorescent tubes in my kitchen. They were ok, but I wasn't happy with the cool color they produced. They also weren't bright enough, and two-thirds of them burned out after 9 years. I decided to try these LED tubes instead, and I really love them. I was originally concerned that 4000K tubes would still be too cool, because my overhead lights are 2700K. However, the 4000K LED tubes had a surprising warmth to them. There were still cooler than 2700K obviously, but warmer than I expected for 4000K. I really love them!Pros:• Brighter than fluorescents• Warmer color than "cool white" fluorescents• They turn on instantly• Super easy to install• Use 50% as much power as fluorescents• Probably last longer than fluorescents (although I've only had them for a few days, so I can't verify that)Cons:• I would have preferred an even warmer temperature like 3000K or 2700K. However, those don't seem to be available.Check out the attached photos for a comparison of these LED tubes vs my old cool white fluorescents.

Come into the Pink….., Come into the Pink!”
I had nothing but success with this product a few months ago, but something with the manufacturer has gone wrong. The light color and quality as well as the product consistency, have all taken a nose dive.In looking at the photo(s) above and reading the review, keep in mind that the product number, SKU, description are all the same —- I A thallus clicked “Buy Again”.Two Observations:The color quality and consistency is gone. The countertop photo shows you what type of variance there is in their “4100k” lamps. The light on the right was the original 4100k, and the light on the left is the 4100k I just received. The new one on the left also flickers at no extra charge. There has been a design change. The original lamps had an aluminum shrouded heat sink. The new bulbs have nothing.I would not purchase this product until they figure out their manufacturing problems and address them. The lack of color consistency make the bulbs unusable for most applications, and the removal of the aluminum shroud is an invitation for lamp failure.Cut some manufacturing costs.Short term gain for them but long term failure for both the product and the company.Hope they figure it out. I am asking for a refund while they go find themselves.

Good value for the money, super bright too.
Great replacement lights. I had two of six of the old fluorescent bulbs blown out. The price for those was virtually the same, except that it costs allot more to use them vice these! I originally bought a pack of 3, when they arrived and I installed them, I had to buy more and subsequently bought another two packs. Tome you can’t go wrong with these bulbs.

Looks exactly like the CFLs and uses less power.
I love these lights, they look exactly like the CFL bulbs that I was replacing in my under-cabinet kitchen lighting. Not only do they use less power, they seem to have a more 'consistent' look with the lights where they flicker less. I am planning on purchasing this again and replacing all of my lights with these LED substitutes.

Nice and bright
Fits well for the light above the kitchen sink. Bright and no flickering of light so far

Cool white colour
Working well so far. They were a brighter white temperature....cool white. Were going to send them back because we wanted something warmer. Ended up keeping them because they wanted $9 shipping to return them. Ended up changing the warmer bulbs over the sink to make them match.
