This wasn't for me. It transpired a few days later that I had frozen shoulder, definitely not suitable. Caused me more intense pain. But this didn't really fit me, even though adjustable. I have a petite frame and just couldn't get it to go small enough without feeling the bulk of the velcro, which also made it harder for me to adjust. Definitely need the help of another person to adjust if you are small.I would say that the brace is a good quality and has strong velcro.The quality. Was good

It is rather difficult to put on by yourself. I fractured my shoulder in 3 places as well as damaging the rotator cuff etc. After they took the plate out I am in a lot of pain but the brace really helps. It gives good support. I'm glad I got it.

Good product. Fits well and very comfortable.I have worn it for 8 hours and it feels snug.It's also a good quality.

Shoulder brace arrived promptly and seems a reasonable quality. I was hoping it would help with a shoulder impingement but it does not. It will not restrict movement at all. With a shoulder impingement it is difficult to even put the brace on. Disappointed that customer service did not respond to my query.

Not what I was hoping for didn’t feel it gave any support whatsoever. When you tried to tighten the strap that joins front to back under your arm the buckle at the front just moves and it ends up that your pulling on the narrowest part of the buckle. Might be good for someone else but didn’t feel right for me.

It's perfect

So I bought this compression sleeve hoping it would help with my shoulder pain, but honestly, it was a miss for me. The straps were really tight and ended up digging into my triceps and armpits, which wasn't exactly comfortable. I also decided to buy the ice pack separately, thinking it would be extra soothing, but even after freezing it for two days it barely felt cold. And trying to get it to stay in place in the sleeve was a struggle. Disappointing overall.
