Really good supplements!

I've been on a bit of a health kick recently and experimenting with various supplements as my dearest mother insists that I don't get enough vitamins - I'm 39. This is one of the tablets I've been taking to provide a bit of an energy boost. So far, I think I have noticed a slight difference. Granted there are other supplements contributing to my wellbeing so it's hard to measure the exact benefit that this particular Maca tablet is having on it's own but the ingredients would suggest it's helping.The tablet itself is not my favourite to take. Unlike the smooth, plastic coated capsule ones that slide down easily this one has a slightly chalky texture. Compared to silimar tablets these are smoother than most and slightly smaller too. It is not too hard to swallow but certainly not the easiest. The worst part about this is the taste. It's fair to say that I am not a fan. Out of all the supplements I take, this one tastes the worst. Its not unbearable enough to stop me taking them but it's not my favourite and obviously everybody's tastes are different so you might love it. I do have some other products which claim to do the same thing so I think I will stick to those, but that is obviously a choice personal for myself and you may prefer these tablets.These are also 500mg Maca tablets. I have seen some tablets on the market that are 5500-6000mg of Maca which leads me to question the effectiveness of these tablets over other Maca supplements available.This product boasts being vegan friendly and the description of the product also notes that it "May help to support overall health and wellness." Good to know that it MAY do those things. Ambiguity towards a products effectiveness coming from the manufacturer itself, just what everybody looks for in a supplement.

I can't say that I have noticed any big effects from taking this supplement but nor have I noticed any bad side effects and some people do claim to get some positive effects from it.These capsules are quite easy to swallow.

These arrive in a glass jar which is definately unusual these days. There is 90 in the bottle which should last a very long time. 500mg per capsule so they're good strength to.Good for energy levels aswell as being linked to other lebido factors. For me i notice a difference in enrrgy and feel more motivated.They're easy to swallow with no nasty flavour or after taste. Good quality and value. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. maca tablets in glass bottle,maca helps with body's testosterone production, it is also good for mood and general health, there are 90 pills in the bottle and recommendation is one to three tablets daily, this was very well packed and I think it is a great product.

I have been looking for natural alternatives to caffeine and have added this to my daily routine. I take two pills every morning with breakfast and I certainly notice an energy boost but unlike caffeine I do not have the crash around mid-day. It is great alternative for me and I am sure it is much healthier.I would recommend this to anyone looking for an energy alternative.
