Candle-holding cups not adjusted, break when trying to adjust them
The golden candle-holding cups come badly adjusted, which poses a risk of fire in case a candle falls when lit up. When trying to adjust this cups with the internal screw that fix them to the rest of the menorah, even with a moderate amount of strength, the head of the screw breaks and you can only light up 7 candles now + the shamash.

Arrived broken. Rest of the parts are loose.
Probably would have been fine if it wasn't broken. I live in a town with no Jewish community so I don't know how I'm going to get my hands on a menorah on time at this point.Should have some respect when handling other's religious artifacts.
