I’m leaving on a trip to Cabo in a week so I need good sun protection. The hat looks great and will definitely give me all the protection I need! Nice style and it fits good. I wear 7 1/8 baseball caps and this hat fit just a bit loose. I ordered the hat foam tape to put inside on the headband so it fits perfectly now. I probably didn’t need it but I hate when a hat is always flopping down so it won’t now.There was one slight defect in that a small 1 inch portion of the headband was unattached but rather than return it I just took 5 minutes to sew it in place and it’s perfect now. No big deal. I recommend this hat since for this price you can’t find anything close here. The brim is also wider on this one than most so best protection you can get IMHO.

Thankfully the hat came in a box big enough to accommodate it so no creases/smashing.Product arrived in great condition.Be aware that it does have a black liner on the under side of the brim all the way around. I like this feature because it helps reject the sun from bouncing off and reflecting on your face from under your feet.Elastic head band fits good, I have a slightly larger head than normal.Seems to be of good quality for the price, brim is big enough to shade your face, neck and some of your shoulders from sun.Draw string seems sturdy.I would definitely buy this item again, half the price of others and just as good quality.Plus it has a vented area to help cool the top of your head unlike the others.

Overall I am pleased with the hat. It was packed in a big box with several other things but it was protected by bubble packaging. Either in the packing of the hat or from the supplier there was damage to the front straw which was pretty well crushed and broken. I did not wanna mess with the return, so I taped the hat from the inside, Since this was on a drawing to be used for a lawn work

I waited until I'd worn this hat a few times to write a review. And I've got to admit I'm very pleasantly surprised. Being one of the cheaper options of this kind of hat on Amazon I wasn't sure what to expect. But I've gotta say it rocks! It's light, fits my head very well, has great ventilation and seems to be well made. The only thing I can think of that would be an issue for some people is the one size fits all restriction. Other than that it's perfect for me so thanks Amazon.

The hat is well made and I would have liked it a lot but it is too small for a big head. If you’re like me and usually get a XL hat, this won’t fit you.

Arrived quickly, in large box, and in good shape. Made in China straw hat. High crown and very wide brim with black fabric brim glare shield and sweat band. My hat size is between 7 3/8 and 71/2 (Tilley sizes). This one-size-fits-all hat is a little snug. Not bad, but a bit snug. The cotton cord and wood knob are OK. So, if you want a light straw hat for ventilated sun protection (not high style) this will work unless your hat size is greater than 7 3/8 and you want a loose fit. I kept it for garden work/house painting in the summer. UPDATE: I bought a second one and it was half a size larger than the first. So, a loose 7 3/8.. Both would be a little tight on 7 1/2 head.

Upon delivery , the Box was partially opened, and Crushed. Therefore, the hat is severely damaged. Doesn't look to good as a hat I need living in an area with 118° and higher. The UV exposure is over 11, Extreme Exposure. It was the carriers along the way in the shipping of this shipment. The Hat, I've had one before, works well though. No issues there.

It is very comfortable and easy to wear. The price was very reasonable and would recommend to others. I am a woman and it fits very well.

Great hat, straw is a little brittle/dry if you plan on being rough with it. It was a bit bent out of shape from shipping, but overall a great hat. I got it back to shape by putting it on a table and putting a few heavy books on the brim for 24hrs. AFter that it's right as rain
