My husband and I really had trouble putting this together. The back is pretty heavy. It seemed simple enough, there are 3 instructions. The last was to align the wing nuts on the inside track and tighten. The holes are not easily apparent. You have to feel the length of the inside to find them, once you know they are there, it was simple. Every time we thought we had it and moved the chair, the back would fall off. After we found the hole and screwed the wing bolt in, it was done. The chair is very comfortable and looks great.Before we finally got it put together correctly I was so frustrated I left a 1 star review and complained every place I could because I couldn’t find where to contact the company. Today Mr. Jones called me to work it out. He was very friendly and apologetic for the trouble we encountered.I would suggest when you are putting it together, you will need two strong healthy people.We are very happy with our purchase.
