PROS:- All the ingredients are organic. Organic Echinacea Angustifolia, Organic Elderflower, Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Nepeta Cataria, and Organic Hibiscus Flowers.- Nice canister for storing the tea, with a lid that actually stays on.- No caffeine is a good thing.-The taste is herbal. People accustomed to sweet drinks will not like it. Remember, sugar is the number-one enemy in food.CONS:- Keep in mind that this tea is custom-made for children and so the bags are half the size of adult portions yet the price is the same. Soooo... if you're smart you buy regular Echinacea tea bags and just steep them for a shorter amount of time when making it for kids.

Let's face it, when you're sick, tea just feels and tastes good regardless. Hot liquids soothe the throat and chest and break up phlegm, and hydrate you through the misery. I love that this children's cold tea has all natural ingredients, but I don't really understand why such a tiny amount is needed to be taken medicinally mixed with another drink, such as water. This "tea" is not intended to be given to your child as a standard tea would, but rather a very small amount (like a Tablespoon) should be mixed into something else and then given as a treatment for the cold. I'd personally rather make my child a nice, hot cup of peppermint or chamomile tea to enjoy drinking than give them this, and the price is too costly for what the product ends up being. We also didn't really notice any difference after taking the tea during a cold. Three stars.

I don't have children, but I do love tea. This is great- it has high quality ingredients, makes delicious tea and is perfect for anyone who has a cold or congestion. I love making this right before bed, the combination of ingredients are very relaxing. The bags are pyramid shaped, which I love, and contains natural whole ingredients. Overall, a great product for adults, too!

This does not taste good at all. I wasn't sure what to expect as many of the ingredients (flowers and such) I hadn't had before. So I was eager to give it a shot! The packaging is really nice. I love the decorative tin that has a good seal on it. It is packed with tea bags and not too much ridiculous packaging which I appreciate. I also thought the fox cartoon is pretty cute and fun. The ingredients seem healthy and good. The tea when brewed is very dark brown which is interesting with very little sediment being released from the teabags which is also good. But then you taste it and it's just not great. There's no caffeine which means you don't feel an effect with the tea it's just a hot beverage that doesn't taste that good. So overall it's not my thing and I wouldn't recommend it even with sugar, honey, lemons, or milk. :(

Great in theory, but the tea didn't really provide the relief needed for my child. The container is sturdy, but it seems there isn't enough tea in the bag to make this potent and more helpful.
